Today, I just finished my first sitting examination at Flinders Univeristy..
It was more depressed than the examinations in Indonesia since I have to answer the questions in English, not in my own language. Eventhough all the questions are analytical questions, it is much harder.. If you do not understand the theories, you can not anwer the questions.
You must not bring any bag, electronic divecis, books into the exam room. The bags can be put into the temporary place. You will be given a little card as a proof so that you can take your bag again.
You must bring the student’s ID and a NESB card wich will delivered directly into your address. You may bring water in a transparant bottle.
If you have a NESB card, it means that you arre categorized as an international student at Flinders Univeristy. As an international student, I have a privilage to bring a dictionary, not the electronic dictionary.. International students have also extra 30 times to do their exams.
The students who are going to take the sitting exam at Flinders University shoud check the time and the place of the exam on line, on the students information system. Once you know the right place and time, you should come 15 minutes earlier. The students are allowed to enter the big room on time. There are so many students in the exam’s room since the examinations consist of many subjects, not only my subject.
The question (yellow color), the answer (pink color), the note (green color), as well as the student’s details (white color) sheets are on the tables. Just choose, where ever you want to seat. The student-detail sheet’s shoud be fullfilled first. After that, the commitee will explain the ‘rule of the fame’ of the examination. The first 15 minutes, we are allowed to read the questions and take a note.. Do not write anything on the first 15 minutes on the answer sheet. Afterwards, the next 3 hours plus 30 minutes extra for international students will be the exam period..
Indeed, it is very harder than the examination in Indonesia
